Prices of credits may be subject to regional variation due to currency fluctuations. WatchWORD reserves the right to change pricing of its credit units at any time. 8. Refund Policy Refunds are only offered at the discretion of the rights holder and in exceptional circumstances such as the cancellation of an event. Refunds are not offered for any issues relating to video quality and reliability. 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold WatchWORD and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this agreement or use of the WatchWORD site. 10. No Warranty All video content on WatchWORD is provided to you on an 'as-is' basis and no warranties, express or implied, are made by WatchWORD regarding the WatchWORD site, service, content or your use or viewing thereof, including without limitation, warranties as to the availability, accuracy, video or audio quality and warranties of The WatchWORD site and all content it contains.
